A children's care organization in Wem is seeking a Deputy Manager for their Residential Children's Worker role. This is a full-time permanent position where you'll provide essential support to young people aged 8–18, ensuring their safety and well-being. Your responsibilities will include managing staff, direct work with children, and upholding care standards. To qualify, you need NVQ 3 in caring for children and at least 12 months experience in a residential setting.
