An exciting opportunity for a Principal Estimator to join a Tier 1 Main Contractor in the Birmingham area. As a major UK contractor my client has a diversified workload across different sectors such as Industrial, Commercial, Retail & more. Boasting a strong reputation for providing whole-life solutions, high standards of project delivery, and an ability to innovate.

My client enjoys a c £80 million turnover with their projects ranging from £10 Mil - £25 Mil covering a range of sectors including Industrial, Logistics, Commercial, Retail & more.

As a Principal Estimator you will play an integral role in tendering work in the Midlands Region. Your focus is:

• Creating and understanding specifications.
• Building relationships with clients.
• Pricing form data and proposing these to clients.
• Completing a range of Churches from design through to the construction phase.
• Reporting and working closely with the Director

• Experience presenting quotes and specifications to clients.
• Understanding and creating specifications.
• Experience working on New Build & similar projects.
• Excellent Construction industry knowledge.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience within Estimating.
• Great technical knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Salary up to £80,000 plus package
