Estimator - Residential & Care Tenders

A residential and care contractor is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team in Shrewsbury, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating tailored cost proposals in response to tenders and land package deals. Key responsibilities include preparing bills of quantities, conducting site visits, and collaborating with the supply chain. Minimum of 5 years of estimating experience is required, along with familiarity in using estimating software and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
