Job Description & How to Apply Below
If you’re a Senior QS who thrives on complexity, scale, and responsibility and you want to be part of a development that will shape the local area for decades this is the opportunity to step up.
We’re recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor for one of the South Coast’s most ambitious residential developments — a 1,500‑home masterplan complete with a new school, community centre, and extensive green space. This is a flagship scheme with complexity, scale, and longevity, offering the kind of challenge that defines a career.
What we’re looking for
You’ll need to be the real deal — someone who can step onto a major site and immediately add value. We’re open to stretching the salary for an exceptional candidate, but you must be a 1000% fit for the demands of this role.
Essential experience
* Strong background with a large national or regional house builder
* Proven track record managing high‑volume, multi‑phase residential developments
* Experience overseeing complex infrastructure and community‑led schemes
* Confident running commercial functions on large‑scale sites from procurement through to final accounts
* Ability to work full‑time on site at Arundel (no hybrid/remote options)
Position Requirements
10+ Years
