Groundworks Site Agent

Groundworks Site Agent required for educational facility project in Shrewsbury. Term of contract 24 months. Groundworks Site Agent will have extensive experience of commercial groundworks operations, namely, sports, leisure and educational facilities construction. This particular project is a £45 million new build educational facility with all associated externals, drainage, bolts bases, utilities, slab and foundations.
Groundworks Site Agent key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage groundworks project from inception to completion

• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards

• Monitor and control project costs, resources, and risks
Groundworks Site Agent requirements:

• Proven experience in commercial groundworks and civils project management

• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
