To deliver this, we’re growing our Capital Commercial team in our Coventry, Derby and Shrewsbury offices. This role offers an exciting opportunity to step into construction and infrastructure, applying your commercial expertise in a more dynamic, project-led environment.

WHY IS THIS ROLE DIFFERENT

  • Work directly with project teams, engineers and delivery partners
  • See the direct impact of your decisions on live infrastructure delivery
  • Build expertise in contract management, cost assurance and NEC frameworks, with support provided
EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll act as the lead commercial representative across a portfolio of projects, taking accountability for delivering value, managing risk and ensuring successful outcomes.

You’ll typically manage larger or more complex projects, operating independently and leading commercial decision‑making across your portfolio.

You’ll Make An Impact By
  • Leading the end-to-end commercial management of capital projects and frameworks
  • Acting as the primary commercial point of contact for project teams and supply chain partners
  • Leading supplier engagement, negotiations and commercial agreements
  • Drafting and managing contracts and ensuring obligations are understood and delivered
  • Taking ownership of commercial risk management and project outcomes
  • Challenging costs, identifying efficiencies and driving value for money
  • Resolving complex commercial issues and managing disputes where required
  • Providing guidance and mentoring to Quantity Surveyors and early career professionals
