This is a permanent position with a respected regional construction business where you will be trusted to run a patch and drive performance across multiple sites. You will have the autonomy to make decisions, influence delivery and be recognised for results.
You will be joining a long-standing contractor with a strong local reputation and a steady pipeline of work. The business is financially secure and invests in its people, with clear succession planning for the right person to progress.
You will lead new build and refurbishment projects across Shropshire and the surrounding areas, working closely with the senior leadership team while developing site teams and building key relationships.
This role suits a Contracts Manager who is motivated by stepping into greater responsibility and moving towards a senior leadership position, rather than staying purely site-based long term.
The Role:- Managing new build and refurbishment projects across Shropshire and the surrounding region
- Leading and developing Site Managers, driving HSE standards, programmes and client relationships
- 8:30am to 5:00pm, roughly 40% site based with some home working available
- Strong construction background delivering new build and refurbishment projects
- Good Communicator with a strong work ethic
- Confident leading teams and producing programmes in Microsoft Project
