Customer Service Administrator – Permanent, Shrewsbury

Cash Rich Time Rich is recruiting a Customer Service Administrator for its Shrewsbury office. The role is suitable for a confident, professional candidate with strong customer focus and an eye for detail.

Responsibilities
  • First point of contact via phone and email
  • Order processing
  • Update CRM system
  • Support other internal departments, including logistics
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a sales administration or customer‑focused office role
  • High attention to detail, well organised, motivated, reliable, and flexible
  • Effective communication with all levels of customers and a positive approach
Hours & Working Conditions

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with holiday up to 25 days plus bank holidays per year with service.

Location

The Shrewsbury based site is commutable from Telford, Oswestry, Market Drayton, Wolverhampton, Stafford, Bridgnorth, Ironbridge, etc.
