Call Centre Sales Advisor – New Enquiries

Are you experienced in Call centre or New enquiry sales? We are seeking someone who is confident on the phone, people-focused, and motivated by helping others take the next step. This is a fast-paced, purpose-driven role combining high-quality customer service with strong sales and conversion skills in the Healthcare Sector.
As a New Enquiries Sales Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for individuals and families seeking support for a service that supports Healthcare. You’ll respond to enquiries, provide clear and reassuring information, and guide people confidently toward assessment and care options.
This role is ideal for someone with telesales or sales-driven customer service experience who thrives in a KPI-led environment and can handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities- Enquiry handling - Respond promptly to inbound enquiries via phone, email, and online forms
- Make outbound follow-up calls to warm leads who haven’t yet booked
- Act as a calm, knowledgeable, and trusted point of contact
- Build quick rapport with callers who may feel anxious or uncertain
- Clearly explain assessment options, care pathways, pricing, and funding routes
- Understand individual needs and recommend appropriate next steps
- Handle objections and hesitation with sensitivity and confidence
- Convert enquiries into booked assessments while balancing urgency and care
- Participate in call coaching, training, and feedback sessions
- Use performance data to improve conversion rates and call quality
- Share insights on common questions or barriers to support process improvement
- Experience in telesales, call centre, or sales-focused customer service
- Confident and engaging telephone manner
- Comfortable working to KPIs and conversion targets
- Ability to manage sensitive conversations professionally
- High energy, resilience, and a proactive mindset
- Experience with in healthcare, mental health, or neurodevelopmental services
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call-handling software
- Experience working with inbound or warm enquiries
- Salary Paying £25-26K
- Full training on services, pathways, and compliance
- Performance reviewed regularly with clear KPIs and support
