Hours:

37.5 per week Shift Pattern: 9am-6pm
- Rotating shift pattern (Mon–Sun) over 4-week rotations which includes 1 weekend off, 2 weekends with 1 day, 1 full weekend working

Immediate start - ends 30th September 2026 About the Role We’re looking for a Customer Service Agent to join a hybrid working team supporting one of the UK’s top online car marketplace brands. In this role, you’ll handle customer enquiries via phone, email and web chat, guiding customers through the process of selling their car and ensuring they receive a smooth, positive experience.
