Customer Advisor

We are seeking a Customer Advisor to join our team at the Shelton site in Shrewsbury.

Position starts on 5th October 2026. This role includes a 4‑week training programme, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. You will work 37 hours per week in shifts between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

As a Customer Advisor, you will chat with customers over the phone and email, taking full ownership of their needs and finding solutions. You will resolve queries end‑to‑end, make independent decisions when necessary, and work collaboratively with your team of 12.

• A salary of £27,495.68, with annual company pay increases.
