Commercial Services Group (CSG) is seeking a Customer Experience Executive in Shrewsbury to deliver high-quality service from first contact to resolution. The role is based in the Global Education Supplies division, working full-time with 37 hours per week and a salary of £25,948 per annum.
You will handle calls and emails, keep records in CRM, liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment, and build lasting customer relationships to drive loyalty and satisfaction.
