English Heritage at Shrewsbury Flaxmill Maltings is seeking a Visitor Assistant to welcome visitors and deliver an engaging experience. The role runs 14 hours per week in the summer and moves to zero hours in winter, with weekends and Bank Holidays required.
Full induction is provided, and you will work as part of a friendly team to share the site's stories. Customer service is key; you will help visitors understand the heritage on display, assist with shop and membership information, and
