You will deliver comprehensive tenancy management, visit tenants, sign-ups and end-of-tenancy tasks, and support residents to sustain their tenancies with high customer service standards.
The role emphasises proactive tenancy management, low ASB focus and building strong relationships with residents, working across internal teams and external agencies.
