Transport for Wales is recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our front-line Customer Operations team. You will help customers with ticketing, guidance, and support across stations and bus interchanges, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment.
You will work on-shift, including weekends and bank holidays, with Welsh language skills welcomed but not essential. TfW offers learning opportunities and a supportive, inclusive workplace as part of a growing transport network.
