Transport for Wales is recruiting for Customer Service Advisor roles to deliver excellent frontline service at our stations and bus interchanges across Wales. You will ensure a welcoming environment for customers, assisting with ticketing, accessibility needs, and supporting the journey from start to finish.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays, is essential. Welsh language skills are a plus, and TfW supports Welsh learning with courses and funding where available.
