The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust is seeking a committed PALS Officer to provide accessible and responsive support to patients, relatives and the public. The role requires empathy, tact and strong communication to address informal concerns and liaise with clinical teams to resolve issues promptly.
You will work across The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital and The Princess Royal Hospital, Telford, primarily based at Shrewsbury with cross-site duties.
