Citizens Advice Shropshire is looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Client Services and Referrals Administrator to join our team in the Shrewsbury office.
This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of our service. You will often be the first person a client speaks to, whether by telephone, email or face to face. Your ability to listen, communicate clearly and create a positive first impression will help clients feel welcomed and supported.
You will receive and process referrals, gather relevant information and help identify the most appropriate next step for each client. You will also manage shared calendars, arrange appointments and liaise with clients, advisers, project teams and partner organisations to keep referrals moving smoothly.
