We are seeking a Dental Receptionist / Practice Manager to join our friendly and well-established dental practice. This is a hands-on role with a strong reception focus, ideal for a senior dental nurse or experienced dental receptionist who is ready to take the next step into management.

This position is suited to a motivated, switched-on individual who enjoys being patient-facing while also supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.

• Front-of-house reception duties, including patient bookings, enquiries, and diary management
• Supporting daily practice operations and workflow
• Assisting with staff coordination and rota management
• Supporting compliance, policies, and practice procedures
• Handling patient queries and supporting complaint resolution
• Managing dental software
• Liaising with clinicians, nurses, and external suppliers

• Confident, organised, and proactive
• Comfortable working on reception and taking ownership of practice operations
• Familiar with dental software
• Strong communication and organisational skills
