Supply Teacher – Secondary – Shrewsbury

This welcoming secondary school is seeking a reliable Supply Teacher to join their team on an ongoing basis, covering a range of subjects across Key Stages 3 and 4. As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver pre-planned lessons, maintain a positive classroom environment, and ensure students remain engaged in their learning. Job Role- Delivering pre-set lessons across a range of subjects in KS3 and KS4
- Managing behaviour effectively and maintaining a positive classroom atmosphere
- Building rapport with students and staff across the school
- Following school policies and routines to ensure safe and consistent learning
- Providing feedback to department leads where needed
