We’re on the lookout for a seasoned Cover Supervisor who can step into classrooms across Ludlow and keep things running smoothly. No endless planning, no late-night marking—just real impact where it counts.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supervising lessons across KS3 & KS4 (don’t worry, no teaching qualification needed)

• Keeping students engaged and on track with pre-set work

• Managing the classroom with calm confidence—even when Year 9 test your patience!

• Being a go-to presence in schools that appreciate reliability

You’ll need:

• Experience in secondary education or youth work

• A cool head and strong classroom presence

• Flexibility to work across subjects and schools

• A DBS on the update service (or willingness to get one through us)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
