We are recruiting an enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 2 Teacher to join a friendly and supportive primary school in Shrewsbury. This is a full-time, long-term position starting in January, with full classroom responsibilities including planning, teaching, assessment, and marking. The school has a warm and inclusive ethos, strong leadership, and a committed team that works collaboratively to ensure every pupil thrives.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher or an ECT looking for a supportive environment to grow and develop.

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons to KS2 pupils in line with the National Curriculum
• Take full responsibility for planning, preparation, assessment and marking
• Maintain high expectations for pupils' learning, progress, and behaviour
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure consistent teaching and learning across the school
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and staff

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills
• A passion for inspiring and motivating pupils
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
