As a Cover Supervisor, you will deliver pre-prepared lessons, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure that students remain on task and engaged in their learning. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone considering a future career in teaching or education.

• Supervise classes during the absence of the regular teacher.
• Deliver pre-set work and ensure learning objectives are achieved.
• Manage student behaviour in line with the school's policies.
• Support students in completing their work to the best of their ability.
• Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and classroom engagement.

• Confident, organised, and able to manage groups of students effectively.
• Passionate about education and supporting young people.
• Adaptable and able to think on their feet in a busy school environment.
• A strong communicator with good interpersonal skills.
• Educated to at least GCSE level (Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths); A Levels or degree preferred.

Previous experience in a school or with young people is desirable but not essential — full training and support will be provided.
