We are seeking a committed Key Stage 1 Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive school in Shrewsbury. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is passionate about early years education and wants to make a real impact in the lives of young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
Take full responsibility for planning, teaching, and assessing the Key Stage 1 curriculum, ensuring lessons are engaging, inclusive, and tailored to the needs of all students.
Foster a positive, nurturing classroom environment where children feel safe, motivated, and encouraged to reach their full potential.
Manage classroom behavior in a positive, supportive manner to create a calm and focused learning environment.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure high-quality, consistent teaching and learning across the year group.
Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions, and parent consultations as required.

Ideal Candidate:
