Position: Teaching Assistant (Temporary)
Teaching Assistant – Wem
Excell Supply are currently recruiting for a reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work within primary and secondary schools in Wem and the surrounding areas.
This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils in a positive and engaging classroom environment, working closely with experienced teaching staff to help students reach their full potential.

The Role:

* Support the class teacher with the delivery of lessons

* Provide small group and general classroom support

* Assist with preparing classroom resources and activities

* Encourage pupil engagement and positive behaviour

* Support pupils with varying learning abilities

The Ideal Candidate Will:

* Have previous experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable)

* Be confident supporting pupils across different key stages

* Have strong communication and teamwork skills

* Be adaptable, proactive, and reliable

* Hold a Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)

* Have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one
