27.5 hours per week. 08:45 – 15:15 Monday – Friday. 39 weeks per year. Including TTO, plus 1 week.

• Work with and supervise individual pupils, undertaking work, care and support programmes to enable access to learning and encourage full participation in class activities.
• Support the delivery of high‑quality learning and teaching under the instruction and guidance of senior and teaching staff and help raise standards of achievement.
• Provide educational, emotional, physical and personal care support, including moving and handling and meeting medical needs, whilst promoting pupils’ independence, dignity, wellbeing and safety at all times.
• Work may be carried out in the classroom or outside the main teaching area.

• Role covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016; ability to speak fluent spoken English is an essential requirement.
• Exemption from the Rehabilitation of Offender Act 1974 (Community Academies Trust exemption).
• All staff expected to share safeguarding commitments and undergo appropriate safer recruitment checks, including enhanced DBS checks.
