Four Hills Education Trust is a newly formed multi‑academy trust in Shropshire, bringing together five like‑minded primary schools:

The successful candidate will play a central role in embedding this vision and values across the culture, curriculum and daily life of the school, ensuring a cohesive, values‑driven environment where all can flourish.

We are seeking an inspirational and values‑driven Headteacher to lead William Reynolds Primary School & Nursery into its next exciting chapter. This is a significant leadership opportunity for a candidate who is ready to shape whole‑school direction, develop a strong culture, and build on existing strengths.
