SEN Teaching Assistant Are you a passionate and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in a childs life? We are partnering with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Hounslow that is seeking a committed SEN TA to join their team. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils with additional needs and play a key role in their academic and personal development.
The Role:
Providing 1:1 support for a pupil with Special Educational Needs Assisting the class teacher in delivering tailored and inclusive lessons Supporting emotional regulation, behaviour, and social development Implementing EHCP targets and personalised learning strategies Creating a calm, structured, and supportive learning environment
What Were Looking For :
Experience working with children with SEN A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach Strong behaviour management and communication skills A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs Graduates in Psychology, Education, or related fields are highly desirable The School:
