SEND Teaching Assistant Level 2

Overview

Bicton CE Primary School and Nursery, a school within Shropshire Church of England Academies Trust, are looking for a confident and knowledgeable SEND Teaching Assistant (Level
2) to join their staff team. The successful candidate will predominantly support SEND pupils within the Key Stage classrooms.

Note:
This is a fixed-term role.

Fixed Term (to 31/08/2027 in the first instance). 28.75 hours per week. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to combine this post with a Lunchtime Supervisor role for 2.5 hours per week. This can be discussed at interview.

• Experience of working with children in an educational setting.
• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent qualification.

This may help identify any incidents or issues that have happened and are publicly available online, which we may wish to explore with you at interview.
