This role combines strategic coordination and directoperational support to ensure pupils receive timely safeguarding,early help and wellbeing interventions. Through effectivemulti-agency working, family engagement and strong pastoral support,the postholder will help remove barriers to learning and enable all pupils tothrive academically, socially and emotionally.
