The Thomas Adams School in Wem, Shrewsbury, is seeking an Early Help Lead to coordinate safeguarding and wellbeing initiatives on a part-time basis. The role blends strategic oversight with hands-on support to ensure pupils receive timely safeguarding interventions and pastoral assistance.
