The Learning Community Trust invites applications for a Student Support Officer to join our nurturing setting. The role is fixed term until Easter 2027, 37 hours per week during term time plus one week, with a salary of £13.69–£14.59 per hour (£22,616.56–£24,103.41 per annum).
You will support pupil wellbeing, attendance, and positive behaviour, working with students, families and staff across Key Stages 3 and 4, providing mentoring and targeted interventions to help every young person reach
