As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will work across a variety of secondary schools in Shropshire, delivering engaging and effective lessons across your specialist subject or providing general classroom cover where required.

Depending on the opportunity, you may be asked to follow existing lesson plans and resources, deliver subject-specific lessons, manage classroom behaviour and ensure pupils remain engaged and focused on their learning.

The successful Secondary Supply Teacher will be confident adapting to different school environments, have strong classroom management skills and be able to quickly establish positive relationships with pupils and staff.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching within a UK secondary school setting.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• The ability to adapt quickly to different schools, classes and working environments.
• A flexible, reliable and professional approach.
• A genuine commitment to supporting pupils' learning and development.
• An enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one.
