We are now seeking a skilled, committed and reflective Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dedicated and forward-thinking team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning, helping our pupils to grow in confidence, curiosity and independence.

The Role
  • Deliver learning to whole classes, small groups and individuals
    , including PPA cover
  • Support teachers with planning, assessment and adapting learning to meet pupil needs
  • Lead targeted interventions and pastoral support
    , including 1:1 work
  • Work closely with the SENDCo
    , contributing to EHCPs, provision maps and referrals
  • Promote inclusion, independence and positive behaviour for all pupils
  • Monitor and record pupil progress, supporting high-quality outcomes
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school, including trips, enrichment and daily routines
  • About You

    We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds HLTA status (or equivalent) and has strong primary experience
  • Has experience of leading whole-class learning and delivering interventions
  • Is passionate about supporting all pupils, including those with
  • Has excellent communication, organisation and ICT skills
  • Builds positive relationships with pupils, staff and
  • Is proactive, enthusiastic and committed to professional development
