Proposals Engineer – Marine & Heavy Lifting Solutions

A manufacturing client based in Shrewsbury is seeking a Full Time Permanent Proposals Engineer to support the sales team. Responsibilities include managing customer project inquiries and preparing accurate proposals on time and budget. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in proposals or sales engineering, preferably in Marine/Heavy lifting equipment, and be well-versed in Microsoft and CAD software.

The role offers a salary of £30,000 – £40,000 per annum, plus benefits including 33 days of holiday and on-site parking.
