Maintenance Manager

Location: Telford
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + Bonus (Immediate start, 33 days holidays)

A large engineering function within a well‑established manufacturing environment. Lead a multi‑skilled maintenance and electrical engineering team to drive continuous improvement, reduce downtime and improve overall plant performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a multi‑skilled maintenance and electrical engineering team.
Drive preventative maintenance strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage budgets, contractor relationships and critical spare parts.
Work closely with production to maximise plant efficiency and minimise downtime.
Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.

Requirements

Mechanical engineering qualifications.
Experience leading maintenance teams within manufacturing or production environments.
Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems.
Strong understanding of preventative maintenance and continuous improvement.
Experience managing contractors, budgets and engineering resources.

We require a valid legal permit or right to work in the United Kingdom.
