Maintenance Engineer
12 hour Days & Nights | £50,000 | Telford
As a Multi‑Skilled Engineer you will ensure the smooth running of the production lines. You will work 12‑hour days within a close‑knit team tackling a range of engineering challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Preventative Maintenance:
Regularly service and maintain machinery to prevent downtime. - Reactive Repairs:
Swiftly diagnose and resolve issues to maintain production schedules. - Contribute to process improvements and equipment upgrades.
- Safety Compliance:
Adhere to health, safety, and quality standards. - Team
Collaboration:
Work closely with colleagues to share knowledge and achieve team objectives.
- Strong multi‑skilled background in both electrical and mechanical engineering.
- Relevant engineering qualifications (NVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent).
- Proactive attitude with excellent problem‑solving skills.
- Flexibility to work 12‑hour shifts.
