Salary: £28,500 basic salary plus bonus

Hours:

Monday-Friday 08.00am-5.30pm (60 min lunch break) - Saturdays 08.30am-12.30pm on a rota basis payable at Base Hourly Rate

Hawkfield Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor on behalf of a highly successful, family-owned main dealership based in the Shrewsbury area.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established dealership with an outstanding reputation for customer service and exceptional staff retention. You'll be joining a busy and supportive Aftersales team where no two days are the same.

The Role:

As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive an exceptional level of service throughout their journey. Working within a fast-paced Aftersales Department, you'll be responsible for managing customer bookings, liaising with the workshop, and keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicles.

The Ideal Candidate :

The successful candidate will have previous experience within an automotive Aftersales Department and will possess:

* Previous Service Advisor experience within a main dealership.

* Excellent customer service and communication skills.

* A confident and professional telephone and face-to-face manner.

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

* The ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.

* A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.

* A team-focused approach with the confidence to ask for support when needed.

* A genuine passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
