Spinwell Ltd is recruiting a Senior Planning Officer for a 3-month rolling contract. The role is remote with work at various locations (Shrewsbury / Oswestry) and requires attendance at planning committees as relevant, including at least one day per month at the Guildhall.
IR35 Inside and pay rate £45 per hour apply. You will assess planning applications, provide policy-compliant advice, liaise with services and stakeholders, and contribute to a responsive development management service.
