• Deliver bespoke, high-quality cutting, styling, and advanced colouring treatments (balayage, babylights, colour corrections, and vivids).
• Conduct thorough, client-focused consultations to understand individual style, hair health, and home-care needs.
• Prescribe tailored home-care routines and premium retail products to maintain client results between visits.
• Act as a role model and mentor to junior team members and apprentices within the salon.
• Maintain high standards of customer service to drive client retention and rebookings.

• Qualification: NVQ Level 3 in Hairdressing (or equivalent professional experience).
• Experience: Proven track record working as a Senior Stylist/Colourist in a fast-paced salon environment.
• Technical Mastery: Strong expertise in contemporary cutting techniques and modern colour theory (Wella experience is a bonus, but not required).
• Client-Centric Attitude: Excellent communication skills with a warm, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
• Drive & Passion: A genuine love for the hair industry, trend awareness, and a desire for continuous self-improvement.
