The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust is seeking a motivated Band 5 Neonatal Nurse to join the Neonatal Community Outreach Team (NCOT). You will support babies and families during their transition from hospital to home with family-centred neonatal care.
The NCOT works across neonatal inpatient and community settings, covering Telford, Shropshire and Powys, focusing on safe, seamless care and collaboration with neonatal, maternity and paediatric teams.
