At Bethphage, we're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive In-house Recruitment Coordinator to help attract exceptional individuals who share our values and commitment. This is an opportunity to play a key role in the growth of our organisation by identifying talent, building relationships and supporting hiring managers a to recruit the very best people.
Key responsibilities as a Recruitment Coordinator, you will;
Demonstrate and champion Bethphage's values as the first point of contact for prospective candidates.
Promote Bethphage as an employer of choice at external events (Careers events, schools, colleges, DWP)
Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract talented Support Workers and other key roles across the organisation
Create captivating job adverts for job boards, social media and other recruitment channels
Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and agencies, ensuring an excellent experience
Liaise with hiring managers and candidates to maintain a positive recruitment process
Produce information for the board, maintain accurate tracking and recruitment statistics
Ensure all processes are cost effective
Provide administrative support to HR team and wider organisation

What we are looking for,
Experience in recruitment and/or HR, talent acquisition, care sector
Excellent communication & organisational skills
Ability to motivate others & build positive working relationships
Confident in using ATS and other systems
Commitment to a Positive Behaviour Organisation and its culture
