They are seeking a Hub Spot Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of the end‑to‑end customer journey, with a particular focus on post‑acquisition performance. This role will lead CRM, marketing automation and email strategy, using data and insight to turn traffic into repeat customers. The position plays a key role in shaping digital strategy across multiple channels, working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies.

• Own CRM and marketing automation activity, including customer segmentation, lifecycle journeys and retention campaigns
• Plan, execute and optimise email marketing campaigns, reporting on performance and driving continual improvement

• Proven digital marketing experience with a strong focus on CRM, automation, email and e‑commerce
• Hands‑on experience with Hub Spot or a comparable CRM platform
• Highly data‑driven, with confidence tracking KPIs and translating insight into action
• Strong organisational and communication skills, comfortable working in a hands‑on SME environment
