Yo will spend approximately 60% of your time on strategy
, defining technology direction, exploring emerging tech, setting AI priorities, and driving innovation across the business. The other 40% will be hands on
, working with the development team to turn ideas into real solutions, helping with architecture, workflows, and Word Press/PHP builds when required.
