ROLEOVERVIEW
We are looking for an intelligent and collaborative individual who is passionate about building a career in digital marketing. Currently we have an entry level role in our Programmatic Team. Perfect for someone organised, analytical, and curious about digital marketing. You’ll work closely with a collaborative team of Account Executives, Account Managers, and Senior Account Managers, supporting the delivery of digital advertising campaigns for a wide range of clients.
A key part of the role involves working with our global network of freelancers (the Croudie Network), briefing tasks, reviewing outputs, and ensuring everything meets our high standards. This role is a fantastic opportunity to build strong foundations in programmatic advertising, develop confidence working with industry-leading tools, and grow your career within a supportive, fast-paced agency environment.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Campaign Management:
Setting up, launching, and managing programmatic display campaigns. - Campaign Management:
Keeping an eye on campaign results to make sure we are on track to hit client goals and stay within budget. - Campaign Management:
Learning to use industry-leading platforms such as DV360 and The Trade Desk to deliver campaigns. - Campaign Management:
Developing a strong understanding of the digital and programmatic advertising landscape. - Data & Reporting:
Helping the team analyse campaign data to spot trends, challenges, and successes. - Data & Reporting:
Gathering and checking data for client reports and helping to write clear summaries of performance. - Data & Reporting:
Identifying any unusual data patterns and working with the team to find and fix the cause. - Data & Reporting:
Helping to create internal case studies to share successful tests and results with the wider team. - Croudie Network & Internal Processes:
Writing clear instructions (briefs) for tasks given to the Croudie Network and managing internal processes from start to finish. - Croudie Network & Internal Processes:
Checking work completed by our Croudie Network to ensure it is accurate and meets the required standard. - Croudie Network & Internal Processes:
Helping to train Croudies on client-specific needs and tasks. - Croudie Network & Internal Processes:
Completing daily administrative tasks, including keeping accurate records of your time. - Client Service & Team Support:
Assisting the team with ad-hoc requests from clients or other teams within the agency. - Client Service & Team Support:
Learning and using the high standards of communication and service we provide to all clients. - Client Service & Team Support:
Understanding and working towards business goals like client satisfaction (NPS) and profitability. - Client Service & Team Support:
Working closely with your colleagues to support client retention and deliver great work.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English
- While this position is open to all majors, a degree in subjects such as marketing, advertising, media and communications, or similar would be beneficial
- Confident working with data and numbers, with the ability to spot trends, inconsistencies, or unusual patterns
- Logical problem-solver who can investigate issues and work with others to resolve them
- Comfortable following processes and ensuring work meets defined quality standards
- Practical experience in digital marketing through previous work or internship experience in marketing, project management, or media is advantageous
