The role You'll join a Data team responsible for building and maintaining a central data platform that supports critical business and investment decisions. Day to day, you'll be:
Designing and building data pipelines from multiple external sources Building and optimising data pipelines using Databricks and Python (PySpark) Developing, testing, and maintaining a scalable data platform Ensuring data quality, reliability and availability Working closely with stakeholders to improve data accessibility and usability Continuously improving systems using modern data and analytics tools What they're looking for 4 years' experience in a Data Engineering role Proficiency in Python (essential) Hands-on experience with Databricks (essential) Strong experience building data pipelines Experience working in cloud-based data environments Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Confident working in a collaborative, team-based environment What you'll get Pension and private healthcare 25 days holiday  bank holidays A high-growth environment with real progression opportunities The chance to work on complex, high-value data problems Interested?
