This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Family Partner to take on a leadership role within a well‑established regional law firm that is investing in the long‑term growth of its Family offering.

With a clear mandate to stabilise and develop the team locally, this role will suit a Partner who values quality work, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a genuine impact, rather than operating within a rigid corporate structure.

This long‑standing, multi‑office law firm has an excellent reputation for advising high net worth individuals and families across a broad range of family matters. Now employing over 200 people, the firm has grown steadily in recent years and continues to invest in its people, premises, and regional presence.

The firm is known for its collaborative, down‑to‑earth culture and its commitment to sustainable working practices. Rather than a volume‑driven environment, the focus is on long‑term client relationships, high‑quality work, and supporting lawyers to develop fulfilling, lasting careers.

You will play a central role in leading and growing the Family presence locally, working closely with senior colleagues who head up the wider department and attend the office on a regular basis. While this particular team is currently small, there is a strong commitment to growing it over time, with the successful candidate expected to help shape the future structure of the team.

• An established Family Partner or a senior Family lawyer operating at Partner level
• Strong technical expertise across a broad range of private Family work
• Comfortable taking on a leadership role within a developing team

• Salaried Partner position
• Salary dependent on experience and billings (nothing is off limits if the business case supports it)
• Bonus of up to 20% of salary based on target (1000 chargeable hours per year)
