Multi Trades Recruitment are looking for experienced End of Tenancy Void Cleaners to support ongoing property turnaround work across Shrewsbury and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for someone reliable, detail-focused, and confident working both independently and as part of a team.

You will be responsible for cleaning and preparing empty residential properties (voids) to a high standard, ensuring they are ready for new tenants. The work involves travelling to multiple sites within Shropshire, carrying out deep cleans, and occasionally assisting with minor clearances. A professional, positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential.

• Cleaning empty properties to a high standard, ensuring all rooms are fully prepared
• Completing void clearances as required
• Travelling between multiple locations across Shropshire
• Working independently or alongside a small team depending on the site
• Using your initiative, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills to deliver excellent results
• Maintaining a respectful and positive attitude towards customers and colleagues

• Full UK driving licence and access to your own reliable vehicle
• Minimum 2 years’ cleaning experience
• Strong attention to detail with pride in your work
• Good communication and time‑management skills
• Friendly, motivated, and trustworthy
• Training/knowledge in H&S, COSHH, Lone Working, and Manual Handling
