Hours: 12 hours per week

• Ensure cleaning equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs.
• Build knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, including when work needs to be carried out and the use of all cleaning equipment and chemicals, following Health and Safety requirements.
• Undertake all training required to deliver the cleaning role.
• Work within a team and, when appropriate, take initiative.
• Build positive and productive relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service and continually seeking ways to improve and exceed expectations.

• Ability to communicate and read basic English.
• Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential.
• Flexible approach to the role.
