Job Introduction

Landmarc Support Services is currently seeking to recruit a Site Operative to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for looking after the Training Estate facilities. Typical tasks will include cleaning accommodation blocks, and maintaining the grounds and buildings to ensure a safe, efficient and sustainable place for our Armed Forces to stay while they train.

Contract:

permanent. Annual allowances: £1,127.50 for working weekends.

• Ensure the camps’ general cleanliness, keeping the property fit for purpose.
• Clean offices, communal facilities and accommodation blocks, including ablutions and shower blocks.
• Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Carry out basic building maintenance and basic grounds maintenance.
• Manage stock and carry out stock management tasks.
• Complete all relevant documentation using both IT and paper‑based systems.
• Carry out any other additional requirements as needed.

• General housekeeping and caretaking knowledge.
• Knowledge of COSHH & Health and Safety procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to complete documentation.
• Basic IT skills with ability to use a tablet.
• Valid UK driving licence (essential).
